Once I had a chance to interact with a senior person who looks and behaves like a commander in Chief of Military. He is a very bold, courageous and also a visionary leader of an organisation. He has a great commanding power. He is well organized, time conscious, and believes that people can do wonders if they do their work in a right direction and in right time. Once when I asked about his boldness and courage to confront issues, he gave us a nice motivational speech for a five minutes. I was moved a little with his speech at that time. Here is the essence of what he spoke.
"I am coming from a low income farmer family. My father owned a cycle shop. I used to work there. I have faced lot of difficult times in my life. That's where all of my boldness and the courage has come from. The position, the cabin and the luxury that I possess now are immaterial. Today I have everything. Tomorrow everything may vanish. Anything may happen to anybody at any time. If you think about that, your fear will go away. If I loose everything tomorrow and if somebody asks me to lay the road, I am ready to do that.
Everybody in this world is equal. Nobody is big. Nobody is small. If you have this in your mind. your courageousness to face anybody will increase. You can command and manage any situation. You are the CEO of your own body. Your mind controls all the organs in your body. So, you can become a CEO of anything. You can lead a company and manage people. So get rid of the fear from your mind and get into action. Have the courage to face the life."
These words are really inspirational and gave me some instant energy. Some times we need some external motivation like this in life when we feel little low.
